Refunds/Credits Policy
In order to provide superior customer service WESTCHATHAM.COM will issue a refund for any product that is returned to us within 30 days of purchase.
If you receive your order and are not completely satisfied with any product for any reason simply follow the instructions below and return the product to us. We will accept your return up to 30 days from the date of invoice. We will gladly refund the purchase price of the returned item less a 20% restocking fee. All returns for credit are subject to a 20% restocking fee. The product must be returned unused, undamaged in the original box with all parts, packing and instructions. Original freight charges are non-refundable. Product returned after the 30 day window or without a RMA number will be refused.
THE FINE PRINT:
1. ALL RETURNS FOR CREDIT ARE SUBJECT TO A 20% RESTOCKING FEE.
2. ORIGINAL FREIGHT CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE
3. ALL RETURNS REQUIRE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RMA)
4. Returns will be accepted for items returned with a RMA up to 30 days from the date of purchase.
5. Customers are responsible for return shipping of the product to our warehouse. In order to track your return, please ship via UPS, FEDEX, AIRBORNE, DHL.
6. Returns will be processed within 24 hours of receipt of your package.
7. All returns must be packaged securely and insured, we will not issue refunds for items damaged on the return shipment.
8. All returned items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging including all original hardware and instructions. Any items showing wear, damage, modification, or installation (which includes scratches, dings, dents, and cut or stripped wires) will not receive a refund.
Returns Procedure:
1. Complete our on line Return form. We will email you a RMA form complete with authorization number.
2. Pack the item along with a completed return form in a box.
3. Follow the instructions on the return form and ship the box back to us. WHY A RE-STOCKING FEE? Returns are very expensive for both you and for us. Rather than inflate all of our prices to cover the costs that we incur to process returns, we feel that it is much more equitable to charge a re-stocking fee to those people who actually do make returns.
DEFECTIVE GOODS
In order to provide superior customer service WESTCHATHAM.COM will replace any defective product except strobe power supplies that are returned to us within 30 days of purchase. Strobe power supplies must be returned to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.

1. Complete our on line Return form. We will email you a RMA form complete with authorization number.
2. Pack the item along with a completed return form in a box.
3. Follow the instructions on the return form and ship the box back to us. We will ship the replacement item back to you as soon as we receive the defective part. You pay for the freight back to us and we will pay for the freight back to you. Items returned after the 30 day window or without a return authorization number on the outside of the box will be refused.
Please note that if you have a warranty issue with a product after the initial 30 days we will be happy to assist you in returning the item to the manufacturer for repair.

WESTCHATHAM.COM RESERVES THE RIGHT NOT TO ACCEPT OR PROCESS ANY ORDER PLACED ON OUR WEBSITE.
By placing an order on this site you agree to release West Chatham Warning Devices Inc. DBA (WESTCHATHAM.COM) from any and all liability associated with the use of the equipment purchased.
In addition, you release West Chatham Warning Devices Inc. DBA (WESTCHATHAM.COM) for any and all liability for the for the loss of use, loss of profit, inconvenience, property damage, personal injury or death arising out of breach of warranty, breach of contract, delay, negligence, strict tort liability or otherwise.
ALL RETURNED ITEMS ARE SUBJECT TO A 20% RESTOCKING FEE
*Special Order, or Custom items are not returnable unless the item is defective upon receipt.
Defective strobe power supplies must be returned to the factory for repair.*
For instructions on how to return a package to us please see our return form. WESTCHATHAM.COM will not issue credit on any equipment that has been installed, used or returned in a non re-saleable condition.

Some product pictures may be shown with additional options. All product dimensions are approximations; please see factory spec sheets for exact measurements. Prices shown are subject to change at any time. While we strive for accurate pricing sometimes errors occur. In such cases we reserve the right to honor pricing on typographical errors. .
